Yes. Mail Merge lets you bulk-import an existing Data Arrangement table straight into a form as responses. If you already have a customer list, an inventory sheet, or vendor data sitting in a spreadsheet, you do not have to manually re-enter it as individual submissions.
The mapping step handles the tedious part automatically. It fuzzy-matches your form's field labels against your spreadsheet's column headers, so a field called "Full Name" matches a column called "Name" or "full_name" without any manual selection. You only need to confirm or correct the mapping. This is useful for pre-populating a form with known customer data, generating personalized document batches, or migrating existing records into a form-based workflow without retyping a single row.
What If My Form Needs to Match an Existing Paper Layout?
