SARVARC Showcase: Give Every Photo, Chart and Project a First Impression That Holds

Your work in motion: charts, insights and visuals presented from one workspace.

Work is judged before it is read. A buyer scrolls past a listing in a second. A manager skims the first page of a report. An evaluator opens a project and decides whether to keep going. The first impression arrives long before the substance does.

Most of us put our effort into the substance, which is right. Yet a strong product photo, a careful analysis or a well-built project can still be passed over when it looks flat. SARVARC Showcase exists for that gap. It helps finished work look as good as it is.

Short answer

SARVARC Showcase is the presentation tool inside SARVARC Workspace. It turns photos, screenshots, charts and diagrams into moving visuals, adds your own headline, fits the size to where you will share it, and saves the result as a PNG or an MP4, or plays it live through the full-screen Presenter. It runs in your browser, so there is nothing to install.

What Is SARVARC Showcase?

Showcase does not decide what your work is for. You bring the image and the purpose, and it adds the motion, the words and the format. A product photo can rotate. A set of photos can flow as a reel. A chart can build in front of the room. The result can sit on a page as a live clip, or leave as a PNG or an MP4 you can share anywhere.

Where Does Showcase Fit Inside SARVARC Workspace?

SARVARC Workspace is built so that one account covers the whole path from raw material to finished work. You write and lay out pages in the Workspace editor. You organise numbers in SARVARC Data Arrangement. You collect information with SARVARC Forms. You turn data into charts and diagrams, and you produce client-ready reports in one click.

Showcase sits at the end of that path. When the work is done and the question becomes how it will be noticed, Showcase is where it gets its first impression. Because it lives in the same place, a chart you just built or an image already on your page goes straight in, with no exporting, re-uploading or switching tools. To see how the pieces connect, read why choose SARVARC Workspace.

How Do You Turn a Photo Into a Video With Showcase?

It takes four steps.

  1. Add your image. Use a photo, screenshot, logo, chart or diagram. For product shots, Showcase can remove the background in your browser and place the product on a colour you choose.
  2. Pick a motion. Choose how it moves: a rotating display, a slow camera push, a reveal or a drift. There are dozens to try.
  3. Add your words. Set a headline, a subline and a badge, plus an optional prompt such as "Tap to shop".
  4. Choose the shape and save. Pick the size, then keep it as a live clip on your page or export a PNG or an MP4.

For how each format behaves, see how SARVARC Workspace exports your work.

What Can Showcase Actually Do?

One image becomes motion

A single photo can rotate, zoom, drift or reveal itself. Product photos can turn on a base so buyers see more than one angle. This is a rotating display of your photo, not a true 3D model, so a clear, well-lit image gives the best result. Photos that fill the frame get a camera move instead, such as a slow push in or a gentle pan, which suits landscapes, people and places.

One photo, one headline: a single image given a moment of its own.

Several images become a reel

Add up to 12 images and Showcase turns them into a reel of up to 30 seconds. Choose a layout such as slideshow, collage, film strip, coverflow, bento or polaroid, or pick a fast-cut style for a quicker rhythm. You can reorder scenes by hand, or use smart order to arrange them so colours flow from one image to the next. Each image gets its own motion.

One headline sits over the whole reel, so if a scene needs its own text, put that text on the image before you add it. Fast-cut styles carry a flashing-light notice, and Showcase respects reduced-motion settings.

Your words, in the right shape

Add a headline, a subline and a badge, then choose from the fonts you already use in the editor. Pick the size that fits where the work will live.

4:5Social feeds
9:16Stories and reels

Text can enter and exit with its own animation, and a shade behind it keeps words readable on busy photos.

Who Is Showcase For?

Anyone with something worth showing. These are ways in, not limits.

Small and medium businesses

Turn product photos into rotating listings, ad creatives for social feeds, or a short reel of a new collection. Export 9:16 for stories, 4:5 for feeds and 1:1 for marketplaces, all from the same image. One photo session can fill a week of posts. For the wider case on saving time while keeping your brand consistent, read better brand, less time.

Students and college users

A project is judged by its cover before its content. Turn a key image, a result or a prototype photo into a short teaser. Build a portfolio reel from your best work, or an event reel for a society or fest. The presentation itself is a different job, and how to make your slides presentable covers it.

Management and prototyping teams

Show a prototype photo with motion before the real thing exists, or turn progress photos into a short update reel. A moving visual explains a concept faster than a paragraph, and it travels well in a message or a meeting.

Startups and founders

Open a pitch or investor update with a short MP4. A clean teaser shows you came prepared. Showcase gives you the opening clip, and the Workspace editor builds the rest of the deck around it. Together they turn a plain update into something an investor remembers.

Can You Make a Chart Move?

Yes, and this is where analysts and anyone presenting data gain the most. Build a chart in SARVARC Diagrams and Graphs, press Showcase, and it opens as a live clip.

  • Bars rise one after another, then keep a gentle ripple so the chart stays alive.
  • Lines draw themselves across the screen.
  • Pies and donuts sweep round, then breathe softly.
  • Radar charts bloom outward from the centre.
  • Waterfall, pareto, funnel, tornado, stacked and grouped charts move too.
Good to know

The ripple is only a visual effect, and your numbers never change. Charts with a 3D look go in as a still image, and you choose a camera motion for them.

Diagrams get a soft diagonal reveal and a small float. To send a whole set, use Showcase all: up to 12 charts become one reel, shown as a slideshow.

Can You Use the Clip in PowerPoint, Keynote, Zoom or Teams?

Yes. Showcase saves your chart or image as an MP4, which opens in the tools you already use. Instead of a static picture on a slide, the room watches a chart build in front of them. There is nothing new to learn on the day.

Can You Present Without Exporting an MP4?

Yes. If exporting a video feels like one step too many, present straight from SARVARC Workspace. Your work is already open in the Editor, so there is no file to render, save or send first. Press the small Present button beside Export and your pages fill the screen, exactly as they appear on your canvas.

The important part is that the Presenter keeps your work alive. It is not a flat slideshow of pictures. A Showcase clip you placed on a page keeps moving while you talk, whether it is a product turning, a reel flowing or a chart building. The page transitions you set in the Editor, such as Fade, Slide, Push or Cube, play between pages. Links you added to text are clickable in the room. Everything is drawn by the same engine that powers Export, so what you see on stage is what you set while building.

Why it matters

  • Motion without a render. Moving visuals play live, so there is no waiting for an MP4 to export before a meeting.
  • Last-minute edits cost nothing. Change a number, a headline or a photo, press Present again, and the room sees the new version at once.
  • One source of truth. You present the same document you edit. There is no second copy of the deck to keep in sync.
  • Nothing to install. It runs in your browser, so it works on whichever machine is connected to the screen or the call.

How the Presenter works

  • Start anywhere. It opens on the page you are on, and when you close it the Editor lands on the last page you showed.
  • Move with the keyboard. Arrow keys, Page Up and Page Down, Space, Enter and Backspace step through the pages. Home and End jump to the first and last page. Escape exits.
  • Zoom in on a detail. Scroll or double-click to zoom in on the exact spot under your pointer, or press plus and minus, up to 10 times. Drag to look around, and press 0 to fit the page back to the screen. This is handy for a small number in a table or one bar in a chart, and the pages render sharp even when zoomed.
  • Click through to links. Links on a whole text box, or on words inside a paragraph, open in a new tab, and the Presenter stays open behind them.
  • Stay out of the way. A small page counter and zoom level show for a moment, then fade, and the cursor hides while you talk.

A simple rule works well: present in Workspace when you are in the room, and export an MP4 when the work has to travel without you. Many people do both.

Does Showcase Work With Any Image?

Yes. Every image placed on a page has its own Showcase button, so logos, screenshots and photos all work the same way. Your settings are saved on the image itself, which means it reopens exactly as you left it and travels with your document. You can keep an image still, or turn it into a live clip that keeps moving on the page.

Showcase or Slide Transitions: Which Should You Use?

They solve different problems. Page transitions animate the change from one page of a document to the next, and they play in the Presenter when you present. The full walkthrough is in how to make your slides presentable. Showcase animates the image itself: a product turning, a chart building, a set of photos flowing as a reel. Use transitions to move through a document, and use Showcase to give a single visual its moment. Many strong presentations use both, and the Presenter plays them together: transitions between pages, and Showcase clips moving on the page.

Why a Strong First Impression Is Not Decoration

Good work deserves a presentation that matches it. Motion is not decoration. It is a way to earn the second look, and the second look is where your substance finally gets heard. SARVARC Workspace gives you the tools to build the work, and Showcase gives it the entrance it deserves. To start from the beginning, meet SARVARC Workspace.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is SARVARC Showcase?

A tool inside SARVARC Workspace that turns photos, charts and diagrams into moving visuals you can place on a page or save as a PNG or an MP4.

How do I turn a photo into a video?

Add the photo, pick a motion, add your headline, choose a size, then save it as an MP4.

Can I make a reel from several photos?

Yes. Add up to 12 images, choose a layout, and make a reel of up to 30 seconds.

What sizes can I export?

16:9, 1:1, 4:5, 9:16 and page size.

Can I animate a chart for PowerPoint?

Yes. Send a 2D chart from Diagrams and Graphs to Showcase and save it as an MP4, which opens in PowerPoint, Keynote, Zoom and Teams.

Can I present without exporting an MP4?

Yes. Press the Present button in the Editor to show your pages full screen straight from SARVARC Workspace. The Presenter plays your page transitions, keeps Showcase clips moving, makes links clickable and lets you zoom into a detail. Export an MP4 only when the work has to travel without you.

Do Showcase clips keep moving when I present?

Yes. In the Presenter, clips placed on a page keep playing live, including while a page transition runs, so nothing has to be exported first.

Do I need design skills?

No. You pick a motion, add your words and save. Layouts and presets handle the rest.

Is the product rotation true 3D?

No. It is a rotating display of your photo, so a clear, well-lit image works best.

Does it work on a phone?

Showcase runs in a browser, so it is not tied to one device. To choose the right device for each job, read mobile for speed, desktop for precision.

The Bottom Line

Take one photo, one chart or one logo and give it motion. Showcase lives in the same workspace where the work was built, so the step from finished to noticed takes minutes, not a new tool.
