Meet Kadessa: The AI Assistant Built Into SARVARC Workspace That Does the Work for You

October 5, 2026 · SARVARC Blog

Most software makes you learn where everything is. Which menu has the chart settings? Where does the form go once it's built? How do you get a table from one tool into a report? Even a simple task can turn into a hunt through five modules, and that hunt costs two things small teams and solo workers never have enough of: time and budget.

Kadessa was built to end that hunt. You say what you need in plain words, and she does it inside your workspace. Yes, she does take over your workspace. Only the clicking, though. With Kadessa, work that used to take hours of clicking between tools can take minutes. Here is what she is, what she can do, and why using her is a smart decision for small businesses, freelancers, analysts, consultants, and students. You can read more about our mission on our About Us page.

What Is Kadessa?

Kadessa is the built-in AI assistant inside SARVARC Workspace. She answers questions about your work, and she also takes action. When you ask her to build a form, chart a table, summarize a document, or lay out a proposal, she works inside the Workspace and uses the same tools you would use by hand, so the result is a normal, editable piece of your work. She is not a separate app or a plugin. Think of her as a resident of your workspace: she pays no rent, never takes a coffee break, and happily takes the boring parts.

She also has vision. She can look at the page you have open, or at an image you attach, and understand what is on it.

Does Kadessa Only Answer Questions, or Does She Do the Work?

She does the work. Most chat assistants explain how to do something and leave the clicking to you. Kadessa performs the action directly in Data Arrangement, Diagrams and Graphs, Make Forms, and the PDF Editor. In other parts of the Workspace she can still answer questions and guide you.

Because her actions use the same functions as the buttons, you stay in control. Everything she does can be undone in one step. If a choice is a matter of taste, such as a font, a colour, or a layout, she picks a sensible default, tells you what she chose, and tells you how to change it. She asks a question only when guessing would be wrong or hard to undo, and she asks it once.

How Do I Get Kadessa to Create a Form?

Describe the form in one sentence. For example: "Make a feedback form for my salon with a rating, a comment box, and a phone number." Kadessa builds it in Make Forms, using a ready-made template if one fits the meaning, or building the fields from scratch if not. If you attach a list of questions as a file, she takes the fields straight from your file and keeps your wording.

She can also publish the form. From there, responses can flow into Data Arrangement, as described in our SARVARC Forms guide.

Can Kadessa Build Tables and Organize My Data?

Yes. Tell her what you want to track and she can build the table in Data Arrangement. Paste or attach a messy list and she can work with it there. She can also highlight rows, columns, or single cells by colour. If you say "flag everything over budget" or "mark the top five", she works out the rule from your data and applies it across the whole table, not only the rows visible on screen. She can also filter the view so only the rows you care about remain.

For a pricing sheet, a menu, or a product list that needs to look good on paper, she can turn the table into a styled table on a PDF page.

How Does Kadessa Understand My Data?

Kadessa reads what is actually in front of her. In Data Arrangement she sees your column headers and sample rows. For totals and patterns she uses figures calculated across every row, such as the smallest, largest, and average value of a number column, or the most common entries in a text column. That is why she can answer questions about the whole table, not only the first few lines.

If a file is too large for her to see completely, she tells you, instead of guessing. She does not make up numbers.

Can Kadessa Answer Business Questions About My Data?

Yes. Ask in plain language, such as "Which region sold the most last quarter?", "Which customers are overdue?", or "What is my average order value?" She answers from the rows in your table. Then she can act on the answer. She can highlight the best performers, filter down to the overdue accounts, or chart the comparison, all from the same chat.

Can Kadessa Summarize My Documents and Data?

Yes, and she does not need clean, typed text to do it. Kadessa has vision, which means she can look at what you are looking at. Attach a photo of a printed page, a scanned document, or a screenshot, or open a page in the editor, and she reads it and gives you the short version.

She can pull the main points out of a long document, describe what a table or chart shows in a few sentences, or boil form responses down to the findings that matter. Because she sees the page, you can simply say "summarize this" without copying and pasting anything.

A summary is useful on its own, and she can also act on it. Ask her to summarize a client brief and she can place the key points on a page. Ask what a table is saying and she can chart it. For numbers in a table, she answers from figures calculated across every row, and she tells you if she could only see part of a very large file.

How Does Kadessa Understand Diagrams, Charts, Forms, and the Editor?

She understands each module in its own terms.

  • Data Arrangement: she reads the headers, rows, and column statistics, as above.
  • Diagrams and Graphs: she knows which chart is on screen and what data is loaded. She can build a chart from a table and adjust its type and settings. Our Diagrams and Graphs guide covers what that module can do.
  • Make Forms: she reads the structure of your form, its fields and layout, so she can add to it or build a new one.
  • PDF Editor: she sees the page you have open, including its text, images, tables, and where each one sits. That lets her place new text in the open space, move an item below a logo, send a picture behind text, or fix overlapping boxes. The Workspace Editor is the canvas she works on.

Because she follows you from module to module, you do not have to re-explain your project each time you switch.

How Does Kadessa Push Data Between Modules?

In a typical workflow, you collect answers in a form, organize them in a table, chart them, and put the result in a report. Kadessa can chain those steps from one request. You might say: "Chart these sales by region and put it on a page." She builds the chart from your table and sends it to the PDF Editor, with no download and no re-upload between steps.

This is possible because the modules were built to share the same data layer. Kadessa uses the same push actions you would click yourself, as shown in our one-click, zero-formatting report guide.

What Else Can Kadessa Create?

Beyond forms, tables, charts, and summaries, she can create:

  • Reports: she can polish a draft into a branded, client-ready report with a header, footer, and logo.
  • Invoices: give her a client and some line items, and she builds the invoice as an editable page.
  • Proposals and quotes: she builds a branded proposal page from the client, project, and prices you give her.
  • Company letterheads: give her a logo and she builds a branded letterhead page.
  • Contracts and agreements: she drafts real documents, and adds a note that they should be reviewed by a legal professional before signing.
  • Menus, price lists, and social carousels: she turns your text into pages at the right size.
  • Ads and slideshows in Showcase: give her a photo and a line about the business, and she picks the layout, motion, headline, and colours.

Anything she writes onto a page is real, editable text, not a flat picture.

She never makes up prices, offers, or contact details. If she needs one, she asks.

How Does Kadessa Save Time?

The saving comes from removing two things: hunting for the right tool, and moving work between tools.

Without an assistant, one client report can mean building a form, exporting the answers, cleaning the sheet, charting it elsewhere, and formatting a document. With Kadessa, you describe the end result and she handles the steps. You review, change what you like, and send. Work that used to take an afternoon of switching tools becomes a short conversation. Some jobs need five tabs and three exports. Kadessa needs one sentence.

Is Kadessa Worth It? Spend a Little, Save a Lot

Time and budget are the same problem for most small teams. Every hour spent formatting a document or fixing a broken export is an hour you either pay for or lose from billable work. And every gap in your tool stack tends to get filled by another subscription, another login, or another person to hire.

Kadessa moves that cost in the other direction. She sits inside the Workspace you already use, so there is no extra app to buy and no extra tool to learn. A small business owner can get a branded proposal, a price list, or a customer form without hiring a designer. A freelancer gets hours back for paid client work. A student finishes a project without paying for a design tool used once.

To be fair, the honest comparison is not "free versus paid". It is a small, predictable spend on one workspace against the scattered costs of several tools plus the hours spent moving work between them. Spending a little to avoid a lot of time and money is simply good decision-making. Our guide on why to choose SARVARC Workspace covers the one-workspace case in more detail, and Better Brand, Less Time shows what it means for a business.

Who Is Kadessa For? Use Cases

Small and Medium Businesses

A shop owner without a designer or an operations team can say "make a price list from this sheet" and get a finished page. They can photograph a supplier's printed price list, ask Kadessa to summarize it, and turn it into their own table. They can ask her to build a customer feedback form, send it out, and later ask which product got the best ratings. For promotion, they can give her a product photo and a line about the offer, and she builds a Showcase ad ready to post. For a growing business, this replaces a pile of separate tools and many small tasks.

Freelancers

A freelancer is the designer, the accountant, and the account manager at once. Kadessa can turn a client's brief into a proposal, turn finished work into an invoice, and tidy a rough draft into a branded report. A long or printed brief can be summarized into a checklist before the work starts. Freelancers can also use Showcase through Kadessa to build a promo for a client's product or a portfolio piece, with motion and text, from a single photo and a short description. Hours that went into formatting go back to billable work.

Analysts

Analysts can paste raw data into Data Arrangement and ask what stands out. Kadessa can summarize the dataset in a few sentences, highlight the outliers, filter to a segment, and chart the comparison. A screenshot of a report works too: drop it in and ask for the key figures. Time goes into reading the results and not into setting up the chart.

Consultants

Consultants live on deliverables. Kadessa can summarize a long client document into key points before a meeting, pull a client's survey responses into a table, chart the findings, and place them in a branded report with the client's logo. For a quick pitch, she can build the proposal page from the scope and fees. The deliverable looks consistent because everything is built in one place.

Students

Every student knows the feeling of remembering a deadline the night before. Deadlines are a great motivator, mostly of panic. Kadessa turns the panic into a first draft, and you can start right from your phone. Open SARVARC Workspace on mobile, tell Kadessa what the project is, and she begins building it while you are still on the bus. Our guide on using SARVARC Workspace on mobile and desktop explains how to start fast on your phone and finish with precision on a bigger screen.

For a last-minute project she can:

  • Build forms and tables. Ask for a survey form and a table to track your tasks, and she sets up both. Form responses can become a table of their own.
  • Write the text. She places headings and paragraphs onto the page as real, editable text.
  • Summarize your notes and readings. Photograph a page and she gives you the main points.
  • Chart your results. Send the answers to a chart and place it in the report, with no downloading or re-uploading.

The result is a presentable project instead of a blank page and a ticking clock. For the class presentation, our guide on making slides presentable shows how to play your pages in class.

A Practical Example

A freelance consultant runs a customer survey for a client. She builds the form with Kadessa, publishes it, and collects responses. She asks Kadessa which question scored lowest, and gets the answer from the actual data. She asks for a grouped bar chart of the scores, then asks Kadessa to put it on a branded report page. Finally she asks for a proposal for the follow-up project. At no point does she download or re-upload a file, and no designer is hired.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Kadessa?

Kadessa is the AI assistant built into SARVARC Workspace. She answers questions and also performs actions across Data Arrangement, Diagrams and Graphs, Make Forms, and the PDF Editor.

What can Kadessa do for me?

She can create forms and tables, answer questions about your data, summarize documents and tables, highlight and filter rows, build charts, move data between modules, and produce reports, invoices, proposals, letterheads, contracts, and Showcase ads.

How does Kadessa save time and money?

She removes the hunting and the hand-offs. One request can replace several tools and many manual steps, so a task that used to take hours of clicking can take minutes. Because she works inside SARVARC Workspace, you do not need extra apps or a designer for everyday documents.

Can Kadessa answer questions about my business data?

Yes. She answers from the rows in your table, using figures calculated across the whole dataset. She then acts on the answer, for example by highlighting, filtering, or charting. If she can only see part of a very large file, she says so.

Can Kadessa summarize a document, a scan, or a table?

Yes. Kadessa has vision, so she can read an attached image, a scanned page, a screenshot, or the page you have open, as well as tables and form responses. She summarizes in plain language and can then act on the result, for example by charting it or placing it on a page.

Can Kadessa move data from one module to another?

Yes. She can send a table to Diagrams and Graphs, or place a chart or table on a PDF page, using the same push actions available in the Workspace.

Can students use Kadessa for school and college projects?

Yes. Students can use Kadessa on mobile to build forms and tables, write text onto a page, summarize notes, and put a chart into a finished report, even when a deadline is close.

Do I need technical skills to use Kadessa?

No. You describe what you want in everyday language. She chooses sensible defaults and tells you what she chose.

What if Kadessa does something I did not want?

Her actions can be undone in one step, and you can ask her to change the result.

Who is Kadessa most useful for?

Small businesses, freelancers, analysts, consultants, and students, anyone who builds forms, tables, charts, and documents regularly and wants less time spent on setup and formatting.

The Bottom Line

Kadessa turns the Workspace from a set of tools you operate into a set of tools that respond to what you ask. You say what you want, she builds it, and you adjust it. The modules were already connected. Kadessa is the part that uses those connections for you, so you spend less time, less budget, and less effort getting to the finished result. From a student with a deadline tomorrow to a business owner with a client waiting, spending a little on the right workspace to save a lot is a smart decision. Spend a little, save a lot, and let someone else do the clicking.
