1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and SARVARC ("SARVARC", "we", "us") about your use of SARVARC Workspace, including the PDF Editor, Data Arrangement, Make Forms, Diagrams & Graphs, Redaction, Showcase, Presenter, Business Proposals, SARVARC Sign, team collaboration, our AI assistant Kadessa, our website, and all related features (the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
This is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not need a physical or digital signature.
2. Early-stage service
SARVARC Workspace is under active development. Features change, are added, or are removed often. Some features are experimental. We do not promise that any feature will stay available, work without errors, or keep working the same way. Please keep your own backups of important work.
3. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law.
- You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so by law.
- One person per account. Do not share your login. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it was compromised.
4. Your account
You can sign in with email or Google. Keep your credentials secure and tell us at contact@sarvarc.com straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require you to verify your identity, reset credentials, or limit access to protect the Service.
Team features: if you create a team, you are its administrator and you are responsible for the people you invite and what they do in shared projects. People you invite can see shared content.
5. Your content
You own it. You keep all rights in the files, data, designs, forms, proposals, text and other material you create, upload, or store using the Service ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership.
Licence to us. You give SARVARC a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you, for example to sync to your Google Drive, deliver published forms, relay live co-editing, show it to the teammates you choose, and send it to Kadessa when you ask. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for backups and legal retention described in the Privacy Policy.
Your promises. You confirm that you own Your Content or have every right and permission needed to use it in the Service, and that it does not break any law or anyone's rights (including privacy, copyright, and confidentiality rights).
Local storage. Much of Your Content is stored in your own browser and, if you enable sync, in your own Google Drive. We cannot recover content that exists only on your device. You are responsible for backups.
We do not use Your Content to train AI models.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break any law or use the Service to commit or help commit fraud, forgery, harassment, defamation, or any other offence;
- upload or share content that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that sexually exploits or endangers children;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- use Make Forms to run scams, phishing, or to collect payment credentials, passwords, government ID numbers, or other sensitive data without proper legal basis and safeguards;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through the Service;
- upload malware or try to disrupt, overload, scan, or probe the Service, its servers, or its security;
- try to bypass limits, authentication, access controls, or usage caps (including Kadessa daily limits);
- copy, scrape, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create a competing product from the Service or its code, except where the law gives you that right;
- use automated means (bots, scripts) to access the Service without our written permission;
- remove or hide our copyright, brand, or notices;
- use SARVARC or Kadessa names, logos, or marks in a way that suggests we endorse you;
- use Kadessa to generate content for illegal purposes or to attempt to extract its hidden instructions or to bypass its safeguards.
We may investigate misuse and may remove content or suspend access (see Section 14).
7. Make Forms and data you collect
If you publish a form, you are the "Form Owner". As Form Owner you:
- decide what data you collect and why, and you are responsible for lawful collection, notice, consent, storage, and use of that data under applicable law (including India's DPDP Act, 2023);
- must give respondents your own privacy notice where the law requires one;
- must not collect data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent;
- are responsible for how you use, share, and secure the responses you download or export;
- must handle respondent requests (access, correction, deletion).
SARVARC stores and delivers form responses for you as a service provider. We are not responsible for the content of forms or responses, or for any claim between you and your respondents.
8. SARVARC Sign and electronic signatures
SARVARC Sign lets people draw, type, or upload a signature. It is a convenience tool. It is not a certified digital signature service and does not by itself produce a Digital Signature Certificate or Aadhaar eSign. Whether a signature collected through the Service is valid or enforceable depends on the law and the type of document. You are responsible for checking whether a signature collected this way is adequate for your purpose, and for getting legal advice where it matters (for example, for property, court, or statutory documents).
9. Redaction, document tools, and your responsibility to check
The Redaction tool and other document tools are designed to help you, but software can make mistakes. Always check your final output (including hidden text, metadata, layers, and earlier versions) before you share or publish it. We do not guarantee that a redacted file is free of all sensitive information, or that exports (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, video) are error-free or fit for a legal, financial, or regulatory filing.
Automated features such as text recognition (OCR), date and format normalisation, chart generation, and report generation can produce errors. You are responsible for checking the results before relying on them.
10. Kadessa and AI features
Kadessa is an AI assistant that can answer questions and take actions in the Service for you, such as editing cells, filtering rows, building tables, applying designs, and writing summaries.
- Outputs can be wrong. AI replies and actions may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or similar to outputs given to other users. Do not treat them as professional (legal, medical, financial, tax, or compliance) advice.
- You stay responsible. You must review Kadessa's output and actions before using or sharing them. Use undo and keep backups.
- Data sent. Using Kadessa sends data from your session to our backend and to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send data you are not allowed to share, and avoid highly sensitive data.
- Third-party AI. Kadessa depends on third-party AI providers. We may change providers or models, or limit or suspend Kadessa, without notice.
- Limits. Kadessa has daily usage limits. We may change them at any time.
11. Payments, support contributions, and refunds
Current stage. SARVARC is in an early stage. At this time, payments made to SARVARC are mainly voluntary contributions that support the development of the Service. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we will show the price, billing period, and what is included before you pay, and these Terms will apply to them.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and Ko-fi donations by Ko-fi. Their terms apply to the payment. We do not see or store your full card, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.
Prices and taxes. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Where taxes such as GST apply, they will be shown at checkout. We may change prices for future payments; changes do not affect payments already made.
Subscriptions. If we offer a recurring plan, it will renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and it will end at the close of the paid period. We will not charge you for a renewal without clear notice of how to cancel before it renews.
Refunds and cancellation. Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy applies. In short:
- Voluntary support contributions and donations are generally non-refundable.
- If you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a payment went through but you did not receive what you paid for, email contact@sarvarc.com within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference. If the claim is valid, we will refund it in full.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the money.
- Refunds are not given where the account was closed for breaking these Terms.
Nothing in this section limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer protection law.
12. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, code, design, interface, text, graphics, logos, names (SARVARC, SARVARC Workspace, Kadessa, and related names), documentation, and templates, belongs to SARVARC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. All rights not expressly given to you are reserved.
Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own lawful personal or business purposes. This is not a sale of any software or rights.
Open-source and third-party components in the Service remain under their own licences.
13. Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you give us a free, perpetual, worldwide right to use them to improve the Service, without credit or payment to you. This does not apply to Your Content.
14. Suspension and termination
By you. You may stop using the Service at any time. To close your account, email contact@sarvarc.com. We will complete deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
By us. We may suspend or end your access, remove content, or close your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms or the law, put the Service or others at risk, failed to pay an amount due, or if we must do so to comply with law. We may also end or change the Service itself. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and a chance to export your content.
After termination. Your right to use the Service stops. Sections that by their nature should continue (including 5, 9, 10, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, and 19) continue. We are not liable for loss of content after termination, so export what you need first.
15. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults. We make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data will never be lost or corrupted.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, be available at any time or place, be free of viruses or harmful components, or that its outputs (including AI outputs and exports) will be accurate or reliable.
The Service depends on third parties (Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, OpenAI, Razorpay, browsers, and others). We are not responsible for their outages, changes, or acts.
No advice or information given by us or Kadessa creates a warranty or is professional advice.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SARVARC and its proprietor, contractors, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, even if we were told it could happen;
- we are not liable for loss or damage caused by your content, your forms and their respondents, your use of AI outputs, unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your account, events outside our reasonable control (including internet or power failure, third-party outages, cyber-attacks, natural events, government action), or by changes to or discontinuation of the Service;
- our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 10,000 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct, or any non-excludable rights you have as a consumer. Where a limit is not allowed, it applies only to the extent the law allows.
17. Indemnity
You agree to defend, compensate, and hold harmless SARVARC and its proprietor, contractors, and partners against any claim, loss, liability, damage, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from:
- Your Content, including forms you publish and data you collect;
- your breach of these Terms or the law;
- your infringement of anyone's rights;
- your misuse of the Service, Kadessa, or SARVARC Sign.
We will tell you about any such claim promptly, and you will cooperate with us.
18. Copyright and content complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, or is unlawful, email contact@sarvarc.com with: your name and contact details; a description of the work and where the content appears (link); why you believe it is unlawful or infringing; and a statement that your complaint is made in good faith. We will review it and may remove or disable access to content, and we may tell the person who posted it. We may end the accounts of repeat infringers.
19. Governing law, disputes, and grievances
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Grievance officer. For complaints about the Service or content, contact: Prayag Pathak, Proprietor and Founder, SARVARC, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. Email: contact@sarvarc.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days. For privacy matters, see the Privacy Policy.
Informal resolution first. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to write to us and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.
Arbitration. If it is not resolved, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement (or, failing that, as the Act provides). The seat and venue of arbitration is Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and the language is English.
Courts. Subject to the above, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing stops either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court. Nothing here removes any right you have as a consumer to approach a consumer forum where the law allows it.
20. General

- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability. If any part is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
